Check-in can be done from 2pm. If you expect to arrive before this time, we ask that you contact our hotel and we can try to check you in. In case of unavailability, we will store your luggage until your check-in, free of charge.
Your reservation can be canceled within 24h/48h free of charge. Check the conditions of your reservation.
To change your reservation, you must access the email sent to you with your reservation confirmation. If you made your reservation through a booking website, you should have the option. to change/cancel your reservation in the email or link to do so. If you made the reservation directly with the hotel, by telephone or by email, please contact our hotel, using the same method.
To cancel or change a reservation, you can go directly to the reservation confirmation and do what you want. If you have any questions, you can contact the hotel by email or phone call.
Check-out must be done by 12:00 pm on the day of the departure. If you wish to check out late, you must consult reception. There may be associated costs.
You can leave your luggage stored at our hotel if your room is not yet ready for check-in, or if you check-out and your trip is scheduled for later. This service is free!
